Immediate opening: meat cutter (Kaduna State)

Now hiring: we are hiring a meat cutter in Jema'A, Kaduna State. The job is in a meat processing plant. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Day-to-day duties: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Season and marinate meat on request • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
