Tower crane operator — Mathews County

The role involves watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity; keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL); set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground; hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control; grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging • Understanding of hand and radio signals Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. We offer $2,700 per month plus benefits.
