Great opportunity: prep cook (Texas)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a prep cook in Potter County, Texas. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. Day-to-day duties: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
