Vacancy available: we are hiring a pastry baker in Abua/Odual, Rivers State. You will be based at a busy bakery. The role involves monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. ₦11,000 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
