Vacancy available: pastry baker (Rivers State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a pastry baker in Oyigbo, Rivers State. The job is at a cake shop. Day-to-day duties: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
