Restaurant steward wanted in Wallace County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Wallace County, Kansas. The job is at a rooftop bar and grill. You should have: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages The role involves coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); upsell starters, desserts and beverages; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad.
