Great opportunity: we are hiring a telesales agent in Shanono, Kano State. You will work at a car dealership. Day-to-day duties: • Collect customer payments and chase outstanding dues • Handle returns, exchanges and customer complaints • Upsell and cross-sell add-on products • Prepare the daily sales report for the supervisor • Follow up on leads over phone and WhatsApp • Plan the route and visit retailers on the beat Requirements: • Strong spoken communication and persuasion skills • Comfortable meeting daily sales targets • Minimum 1 year of field or retail sales experience At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
