Urgent requirement: cnc lathe setter (Texas)

Now hiring: we are hiring a cnc lathe setter in Wise County, Texas. You will work on the CNC turning shop floor. On a typical shift you will read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances; set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets; deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand; run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles; watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes. You should have: • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection 1+ years on the tools preferred.
