Cnc turner — Polk County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cnc turner in Polk County, Florida. Day-to-day duties: • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes What we are looking for: • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code Part-time with flexible hours.
