Fry cook • San Augustine County, Texas

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fry cook in San Augustine County, Texas. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. Day to day you will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat 1+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
