Immediate opening: chef de partie (Texas)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a chef de partie in Trinity County, Texas. On a typical shift you will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure 2+ years on the tools preferred.
