Join our team: we are hiring an earthmoving equipment operator in Multnomah County, Oregon. Your main tasks: • Track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport • Load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage • Excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs • Backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse • Dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds Ideal candidate: • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites Part-time with flexible hours.
