Prep cook — Katcha

Vacancy available: we are hiring a prep cook in Katcha, Niger State. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. Day to day you will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; prepare the mise en place before each service; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer ₦135,000 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
