Vertical milling machine operator • Dunukofia, Anambra State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in Dunukofia, Anambra State. You will be based at a fabrication and machining plant. Day to day you will set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square. Requirements: • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
