You should have: • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases Day-to-day duties: • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots Full-time with occasional weekends.
