Day-to-day duties: • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils Ideal candidate: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
