We are recruiting: we are hiring a crawler dozer operator in Aroostook County, Maine. Requirements: • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections Day-to-day duties: • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms Full-time, day shift.
