Kitchen cook wanted in Gada

Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Gada, Sokoto State. On the job you will handle: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations Ideal candidate: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
