Cook wanted in Lancashire

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cook in Lancashire, England. Day-to-day duties: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
