What we are looking for: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner Day-to-day duties: • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. ₦12,000 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
