Baker — Ideato North

Now hiring: we are hiring a baker in Ideato North, Imo State. You will work in a hotel pastry kitchen. The role involves rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; score the top of loaves before baking; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving We offer ₦60,000 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
