Great opportunity: we are hiring a mechanical press operator in Morgan County, Ohio. On a typical shift you will deburr and stack finished components for the next operation; run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely; punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components; feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts; operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses. Ideal candidate: • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges 4+ years on the tools preferred.
