Join our team: we are hiring a head baker in Kwami, Gombe State. The job is at a café with an on-site bakery. What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Day to day you will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer ₦245,000 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
