Bakery assistant — Ogbaru

Now hiring: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Ogbaru, Anambra State. Day to day you will prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Full-time, day shift. Pay around ₦180,000 per month, based on your experience.
