Cake decorator • Loving County, Texas

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cake decorator in Loving County, Texas. The role involves roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. You should have: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving 4+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
