Ideal candidate: • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls On the job you will handle: • Install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights • Hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater • Replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates • Erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding • Lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
