Now hiring: we are hiring a cake decorator in Larimer County, Colorado. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Food handler / hygiene certificate The role involves prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; score the top of loaves before baking; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch.
