Press machine operator — Sumaila

Immediate opening: we are hiring a press machine operator in Sumaila, Kano State. The job is in a CNC machine shop. Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills On the job you will handle: • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing • Follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine • Top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
