Urgent requirement: panel beater (Washington)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a panel beater in Pierce County, Washington. The job is in a collision repair centre. The role involves knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair; straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains; replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench 5+ years on the tools preferred.
