Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Lucas County, Ohio. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. The role involves prepare the mise en place before each service; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Full-time, day shift.
