Urgent requirement: we are hiring a banksman in Obi, Benue State. You will coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller; inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use; guide loads through tight openings into their final position; carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; read lift plans and method statements before starting. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Confident with standard crane hand signals Part-time with flexible hours. ₦115,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
