Waiter wanted in Kuban

We are recruiting: we are hiring a waiter in Kuban, Kaduna State. The job is in a five-star hotel. Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change On a typical shift you will take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; clear and reset tables between covers; check back during the meal and handle special requests; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; upsell starters, desserts and beverages. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
