Metal caster — Shivpuri

We are recruiting: we are hiring a metal caster in Shivpuri, Madhya Pradesh. You will work on the moulding line. The role involves: • Tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle • Prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes • Skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring • Melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant You should bring understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling; keen eye for casting defects during inspection; willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts.
