Bakery assistant — Augie

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Augie, Kebbi State. On the job you will handle: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Score the top of loaves before baking • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Food handler / hygiene certificate Pay around ₦225,000 per month, based on your experience.
