Immediate opening: we are hiring a meat cutter in Barkin Ladi, Plateau State. Your main tasks: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Season and marinate meat on request Ideal candidate: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Six days a week, one day off.
