Great opportunity: we are hiring an escalator technician in Idah, Kogi State. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota The role involves set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear; adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy; run load and overload tests with test weights; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake; fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments; install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Pay around ₦280,000 per month, based on your experience. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
