Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fry cook in Carbon County, Utah. You will work at a roadside dhaba. Requirements: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Strong knife skills and speed on the line You will plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; prepare the mise en place before each service; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO.
