Vacancy available: we are hiring a wood machinist in Harris County, Texas. You will work in a bespoke joinery workshop. What we are looking for: • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings The role involves: • Erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours • Check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level • Assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops • Cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet • Fix studwork and plasterboard partitions Part-time with flexible hours.
