Lathe operator • Polk County, Oregon

Immediate opening: we are hiring a lathe operator in Polk County, Oregon. You will work on a production line. On a typical shift you will run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing; segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches; clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line; follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine; record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet; set up and start the machine as per the job card. Ideal candidate: • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
