What we are looking for: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate The role involves: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations We offer $4,800 per month plus benefits.
