We are recruiting: we are hiring a head butcher in Tift County, Georgia. What we are looking for: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Day-to-day duties: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools 2+ years on the tools preferred.
