Chef de partie wanted in Suffolk County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a chef de partie in Suffolk County, Massachusetts. The job is in a hotel kitchen. Day to day you will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; prepare the mise en place before each service. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Strong knife skills and speed on the line 3+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
