Cook — Obanliku

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cook in Obanliku, Cross River State. What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Day-to-day duties: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
