Urgent requirement: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Aniocha North, Delta State. Requirements: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred On the job you will handle: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
