Urgent requirement: powder coater (Ondo State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coater in Odigbo, Ondo State. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Your main tasks: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape 3+ years on the tools preferred.
