Retail butcher — Ibaji

Vacancy available: we are hiring a retail butcher in Ibaji, Kogi State. The job is in a hotel or restaurant butchery. Requirements: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths The role involves monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights.
