You should have: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter On the job you will handle: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
