Gas service engineer • Okigwe, Imo State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gas service engineer in Okigwe, Imo State. You will work on residential and apartment building sites. You should have: • Driving licence for travel between sites • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces Your main tasks: • Read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes • Lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points • Run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray • Fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls Overtime paid at a premium rate.
