Moulder — Kiru

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a moulder in Kiru, Kano State. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling Day to day you will apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity; make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities; prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes; inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
