Immediate opening: we are hiring a meat cutter in Sangamon County, Illinois. On a typical shift you will vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking. You should have: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • 2+ years experience working as a butcher 4+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
